Quick answer

What matters on this page

A source is weighted by whether it controls the thing being claimed. A regulator controls the legal position. The operator's current terms control the contract. Your own cashier controls what applies to your account. A commercial review controls none of these, and sounding certain does not promote it.

That ranking decides the wording on every page. Where a statement rests on primary material it is stated plainly; where it rests on a review site it is attributed; where it rests on nothing checkable it is left out.

How the site is funded, and who publishes it, is set out on the about page rather than repeated here.

Five states a claim can be in

Claims are published in one of five states. The state shows up in the wording rather than in a badge, and the table gives the phrasing that signals each one.

Volatile is the state that matters most on a casino site. Bonus caps, limits, processing windows, catalogue size and game configurations all change, so a page that prints them as settled facts is wrong within weeks of publication.

StateWhat it meansHow it reads on the page
DocumentedA primary authority or the controlling current documentStated directly, with the law or document named
AttributedA dated secondary report, not independently reproducedMarked as listed, reported or flagged by a named source
ConflictCredible sources disagree on a material fieldBoth versions printed, with no average taken
UnverifiedA claim exists but the evidence will not carry itLeft out, or named as a claim that is not supported
VolatileCheckable, but changes without noticePointed at the live cashier, terms or game information panel

The numbers this site will not print

No figure is invented here. The rule covers return to player, maximum win, payout duration, bonus amounts, fees, limits and game counts. If a number cannot be traced to a source that controls it, the page says where to look instead of filling the gap.

Game pages follow a stricter version. Return, volatility and maximum win appear only with attribution to the provider; otherwise the page points to the information panel inside the game client, because configurations differ between operators and editions.

The cost of this rule is obvious. Some pages answer a question with a method rather than a figure. The alternative is a confident number that is wrong, which is worse for anyone about to deposit.

What counts as an observation

An observation is dated, and the method is named. Copy read through a search index is labelled as indexed, because a stored snippet can lag behind the live page. A page that could not be loaded is recorded as not loaded, never as inspected.

Cashier states, account screens and support answers are the strongest material this site can gather, and each is tied to the date and the context it was seen in. Availability, limits and offers differ by account, so one observation is evidence about that session rather than a general rule.

Conflicts are published as conflicts

Where sources disagree on a material field, both versions are printed. Blending them produces a number that no source supports and that no reader can check.

The open questions on this brand are recorded in the source register: the operating entity named, the licence claims attached to it, and the size of the game catalogue. Each is a reason to check a primary document before acting, not a figure to repeat.

Corrections and re-check dates

Every page carries an update date. For volatile fields that date works as an expiry, not a credential: if the question involves money leaving your account, the live source outranks anything written here.

Material corrections name the old wording, the new evidence and the reason. Silent edits to facts are avoided, because a quietly changed page destroys the one thing a research note has, which is a traceable record.

What this site is, and is not

This is an independent guide written for adults in Australia who are already deciding where to play. It is not the operator, it cannot adjudicate an account dispute, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice.

The legal position it works from is fixed. Online casino services must not be offered or advertised to people in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, which the ACMA enforces, so no operator in this category is licensed in Australia.

Self-exclusion for Australian residents runs through BetStop, and Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858.

Check first

Before you click through

  • Is the claim stated directly, attributed, or marked as a conflict?
  • Does a legal statement name the law and the regulator behind it?
  • Is a figure traced to a source that controls it, or to a live screen?
  • How old is the update date relative to your decision?

Best route

Simple Wincrown flow

  1. Read the state of a claim before reading the claim itself.
  2. Treat any figure about money as volatile and confirm it in the cashier.
  3. Open the source register when a page names a conflict.
  4. Re-check pages dated before your decision rather than assuming they hold.

FAQ

Short answers

Why do some pages refuse to give a number?

Because the number changes, or cannot be traced to a source that controls it. Bonus caps, limits and processing times are set by the operator and can differ by account, so the page names where to read the current value.

What does listed by the provider mean on a game page?

It marks a figure that comes from the game provider rather than from this site. Operators can run different configurations, so the information panel inside the game client is the version that applies to your session.

Is indexed copy the same as checking the live site?

No. Indexed copy is what a search engine stored, and it can lag behind the page. It is labelled as indexed so that the difference stays visible.

How are disagreements between sources handled?

Both versions are published and the conflict is named. No average is taken, because an averaged figure is supported by no source at all.
